Account Application

Before you can view any prices or start quoting a client you will need an account.
To apply for a new account simply hover over the Account link at the top right of the site and click on "New Account".
Alternatively click here to be redirected to the registration page.
You simply fill in the form and click on the submit button. Please note all fields are mandatory.
Once your account has been approved and you have your login details you can log in by selecting the Login option in the Account menu.
Now that you are logged in you can navigate through the site using the category tree on the left and browse the products to view their information and prices.

Navigating the Site

To browse products on the website you can use the category tree on the left hand side by clicking on one of the category links. All the products for that category will then be displayed on the right hand side. If there are more than 20 products for that category you will need to make use of the paging controls at the top to see more products.

Also note that when you are logged in a section is displayed below the category tree where you can browse the products according to its price.

Another way to find what you are looking for is to use the search section above the category tree. Type in a product code or the name of the product and click on the button next to the textbox. You will then be redirected to a page containging the search results.

Quoting Tool

To start building up a quotation you first need to be logged in.
Once logged in you will notice an "Add to Quote" button will appear by each product.
You simply click on the button and the product will be added to your quote.
When you hover over the Quote link at the top right of the site there will be an option to view your quote.
This link will redirect you to a page where all the items in your quote will be displayed.
You will then be able to add certain options to the products like colours and branding.
Below the quote is a form the fill in the details of the client who will be receiving the quote.
Once you are happy with the quote you can preview it and send it to the specified client.

Promotional Sites

After logging in you will be able to access the My Space page from the Account menu.
There you will find a section where you can apply for a Promogifts website of your own.
All you do is upload your company's logo or the logo you want to use and submit it.
We will then receive an email with your request and the promotional website will be created.
